Pre-Order Shipping Dates

The pre-order dates on our website are estimates and not guaranteed. Ideally, pre-order shipping takes 2-4 weeks, but dates can change without notice, potentially delaying shipping by 1-2 weeks. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these shipping terms and understand that refunds won’t be approved unless the delay exceeds 3 weeks.

USA Shipping

Orders are processed within 2-3 working days and shipped as standard delivery within the USA. Check the product page for specific dispatch information, as some products have different dispatch dates. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday, not on weekends.

If your order doesn’t reach you within 4 weeks, contact us via WhatsApp.

Tracking Your Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Use this number with the shipping company to track your package.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all tags and original packaging intact. If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a refund within 10-14 business days from when we confirm receipt of your item. For more details, please refer to our RETURN POLICY page.

Cancellation Policy

We will initiate a 100% refund, and you’ll receive confirmation via email. Note that Ready To Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order receipt.

Responsibility & Accountability

If you return a purchase, you must take reasonable care of the goods. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us in the same condition as when you received them. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Avoid damaging the goods during inspection or while trying them on, including the original packaging and labels/tags.

We do not accept liability for any goods that do not reach us. We recommend using a recorded delivery service and retaining proof of postage for returns. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods are damaged.

It’s your responsibility to be aware of our returns policy. We will not take liability or offer flexibility for non-compliance with this policy.

Our Products

Most of our products are hand-embroidered and delicate, with a 5%-10% variation possibility. By placing an order, you accept the possibility of variations compared to the website images. Embellishments may get displaced, which is not considered a fault due to the nature of the work. Wear these garments with care. All clothing products sold on our website should be dry-cleaned. We are not responsible for damage caused by washing using other methods or for claims of variation or embellishment displacement.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items labeled as “Sale” in pictures, product descriptions, or through other means.
  • Items sold on clearance.
