At MZ Traditions, we prioritize the quality of our products and maintain strict standards through our Quality Control Department.

Eligibility for Refunds

Before returning any items, please contact us at sales@mztraditions.com or Call: +1 707 515 0936 so we can help resolve any issues with your order.

Verification Process

When you report a damaged or incorrect item, we will review the details thoroughly, including video clips, packing records, and quality control reports.

Refund Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 07 days from receiving your order.
  • Refunds are given as credit vouchers within 10 days of confirming receipt of the returned item.
  • Credit vouchers are valid for 6 months.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are only available for damaged items and will be processed within 14 working days.
  • Pre-orders and customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return Procedures

  • Customers are responsible for return postage charges.
  • Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • We reserve the right to reject refunds for items returned in unsuitable conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before processing; we cannot accommodate cancellation requests once processing has begun.
  • MZ Traditions reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons and will issue full refunds.

Customer Responsibility

  • Clearly state the reason for return on the back of the invoice and include it with the returned parcel.
  • Customers are responsible for the items until they are signed for by our customer care office.
